Alright, I tried to the razor once more and steel wool things turned out pretty great, still a bit foggy and totally killed off the paint and grime and dirt and some embedded dust. Damn those hard water spots are in there good. I clay bar and some wax and cleaner wax but it just made the T-Tops shiny in the shade but you can see the stains in the sun. I will try Steel wool once more and I will order Z-12 and see if their record for cleaning hard water spots can be broken as I am sure these things are something never before seen.

UPDATE:

Z-12 has come to the rescue. That stuff kicks ***. Shiny like new!!!!!!!!!!!
