Looks like someone or some company got a little upset at those last two links, here are the same thing just in a different location, let's see how sharp you guys are:

OK, great, I'll take a stab at what I think is bad related to both Meguiar's products. I think it's the fact that both contain HEAVY ALKYLATE (H.A) which makes up for the bulk of the products. As far as I know, that H.A is used in everything from pesticides to fuel and poses health hazards as well if inhaled or exposed to skin. It's also flammable! So, I imagine this makes it harsh on paint finishes as well...

Here's what I found interesting about H.A:
<font face="Verdana, Arial" size="2">Effects of short-term exposure--
The vapour is slightly irritating to the eyes. The substance may cause effects on the central nervous system. Exposure to high concentration of vapours may result in unconsciousness. Swallowing the liquid may cause aspiration into the lungs with the risk of chemical pneumonitis.

Effects of long-term or repeated exposure--
The liquid defats the skin.

Chemical dangers--
Reacts with strong oxidants, causing fire and explosion hazard.
</font>

I'm probably nowhere close to the answer you are looking for Kevin, but this is what immediately hit a red flag with me...

If by some slim chance I'm right, what did I win??

Yeah, you kinda got it. The #26 yellow wax is supposed to be some of the mildest wax that Meguiars has, but is contains 15% NAPHTHA

AND the part you did not see is that the #20 Poly Sealant by Meguiars is actually made by NAPA

Hehehe, and the thing is that almost all carnauba waxes are mostly naphtha and heavy solvents by volume. Check out the MSDS for the 3M Show Car Paste, (click the MSDS link underneath): 3M Wax and MSDS
Also, notice the types of silicone variants used, including PDMS.

And, I was not aware that NAPA made the Meg's #20 Poly Seal, thanks for the info!..

Turns outs NAPA makes most of the Meguiars products, see here: http://hazard.com/msds/gn.cgi?query=Meguiars&start=0
