Quick Zaino Question
I've been using Zaino for a while now and love it. But I've heard that its ok to use a polish, but it doesn't protect your car. Therfore you have to use wax. Is this true or is the Zaino protecting my car. Basically Do I have to wax my car?

Zaino polish is all you'll ever need. It protects for better then anything else. Each coat added increases the shine, durability AND protection. Zaino even has UV protection in it. Since "wax" washes off, melts off, durability sucks, it doesn't really give the protection that people think it does. Wax, carnuba with the oils and silicons, was considered obsolete over 10 years ago.

Appreciate the response and information. I'm glad to hear that b/c I love the product. Also I use the Z5 even for my final coat. I heard to use Z2 for final coat. Is it bad that I don't? Also I Zainoed my car about a month ago. Everything from clay bar to 3 coats of Z5 w/ ZFX. But not 4 weeks later and I have bad water marks on my car.?

Actually, many Zaino users with black or dark colored cars use the Z-5 exclusively. No problem, I even use the Z-5 almost exclusively on my navy blue SS.
As far as the water spots, you will get them no matter what, but with Zaino they are much easier to remove. Anytime my car gets wet, I immediately wipe it down with some Z-6. The Z-6 enhancer spray is a great product. Most Zainoholics use more Z-6 than anything. Try removing the water spots with the Z-6, if that doesn't work try the claybar. You don't ever want to leave water spots or bird "stuff" on the surface of a car. The Zaino will protect the surface better than anything else but you still want to remove it as soon as possible. If the weather is nice enough wash the car and add another coat of polish. The more coats you have, the deeper the shine and the better the protection and durability.
Work on the water spots and let us know how it went.
