Which products to buy?

Hey guys,
I want to try using Zaino on my 1997 Red WS6 but am somewhat unsure of what products I need. It has slight swirl marks in the paint but other than that it's in great shape. I was thinking of the following products;

Z1
Z2
Z5
Z6
Z9
Z12
Z14
Z16

Is it worth it to buy the glass cleaner, tire gloss, leather cleaner, leather conditioner and plastic cleaner/polish? Is there a better product for thses areas? Also, should I bother with a clay bar??? Thanks in advance! I really hope to make my bird shine!

I use all of the Zaino products, but that doesn't mean you have to buy all of them at one time. For your car I'd get at least the Z-5 polish, Z-6 enhancer spray, Z-7 wash, Z-18 clay bar and the ZFX additive.

I agree with Kevin. I use nearly all of the Zaino products, but you don't need them all if you're just looking for a show car shine for the paint. I really like the leather product, tire shine, glass polish, etc, but these are extras really that compliment the system. Yes, you should definitely bother with clay!! Claying really greatly improves the paint surface in terms of slickness, smoothness, and IMO shine/clarity. It's so easy to do that it's necessary IMO for a good prep.

I love red cars, so here's my personal feelings about what you might want for the best shine on red, and also considering your conditions. I'd recommend: ZFX, Z2, Z5, Z6, and Z7. the Z18 clay is optional, but like I said it really makes the car look and feel better, at least to me. I like to use both Z2 and Z5 for red. If you want to spare some expense, just go with Z5 for now, since it will help with your swirls. Otherwise the combination of Z5 and Z2 on red looks outstanding. I just did 2 coats of Z2 with ZFX on my red G35 this weekend. I already have about 2-3 coats of Z5 and another 1-2 of Z2....looks stunning!!!

The other products are up to you. Many folks use other kinds of leather products and tire products, depends on what you like. I, like many, find the Z products all work very well.

Replace your Z-1 with ZFX, the ZFX just does a better job and is much more user friendly.
