Please try and not to post negative posts. I already know that i need new rims and that i need some other stuff but im 17 and i dont have much money because i cant work now that im going to school.

 

 

Looking good. What other mods do you have done to it other then the Borla?

 

So far only the borla, k&n air filter, chrome bumper letters,polk speakers, and thats about it. I know the guy i bought it from mentioned i think some other stuff i just cant remember. Iwent to go get paint for my break calipers but they did'nt have the right color. I plan on painting them soon.


will be getting new rims,the 30th aniversary logos reapinted on the side panel, maybe stripes painted, a system, a cd player, and i want to get headers put on. I have almost $300 and im looking for a weekend job. Im not sure if i want to start going under the hood yet. I dont know what i should do to my car first?

 

What kind of rims do you have planned for the car? As for mods to begin with, headers are always a very good start. Also, a mail-order tune from one of these guys will really wake up your car: www.madz28.com or www.pcms4less.com Try using the "search" feature as well, you can pull up endless posts about which mods to start with and what will benefit you to meet your goals.

Ya my rims look good for show because i get alot of compliments when people see them. But it looks better to have some rims that look more like raceing ones. I want to prolbey get some 5 spoke corvette rims. My rims are fine for now intill the nice weather comes. I'll just spend my money on performance stuff. Like in the links you posted GTP. Then get all the added stuff for looks in the summer. I probley wont be even driveing my car in the snow so i'll just keep it in the garage and work on it. Thanks for the posts
