Some of the paintless dent removal companies sell different area's of the country where you can become a distributor for them, they offer training and advertising. When I had my detail shops we sent an employee for training to service our shops, it worked out good for us. You may want to look in the phone book and call and talk to some of these people to get ideas for what you want to do, look under car detailing or body shops.

I hear it is a very nifty process. Usually they drill a little hole in the door jamb and put long tools through the hole. They heat the spot up so the paint kind of melts so it doesn't flake and then they massage out the dents with the tools. Its not 100% effective but it often does have great results.

They then plug the hole with a rubber plug so no one can notice.
