I've heard good things about The Langka System
Also, if your just going to use touchup paint, I found the GM stuff if you take out the brush it also has a little ball point roller and it does a very good job of fixing the scratch or chip without too much paint.
unless your an expert i wouldn't sand anything. i use thin pointed toothpicks to do the trick. get your touch up paint, forget the brush and use a toothpick with limited paint filling in the spot. keep a clean finger handy and wet so you can wipe off the paint immediately if it's not going the way you like.
i've seen people go as far as using permanent marker, wouldn't advise it as it dries satin. good luck.
