Paint

Re: Paint
Normally, yes.
Is the hood in primer or is it already the color you are spraying? Is it a solid color or a metallic color?
With a solid color it will definatly be enough, with a metallic color over primer you will be stretching it close, depending on how you spray. A metallic color will need 2 coats to get desired coverage, along with a mist coat so that the metallics and micas are even and flow nicely.

Re: Paint
if that color is already on the hood or something similar and not priming(which you shouldnt have to unless you have any body filler spots), then it should definatly be enough. If your shooting it over white or gray primer, it will be very close to enough, depending on your spraying techniques.
