The shine and clarity on the paint is quite incredible, especially on the horizontal panels, i.e. hood, roof, trunk etc... 5 coats of ZFX makes the thing reflect like a mirror!
The tint thing didn't work out this weekend, so I'm gonna try again later....
Enjoy!

Thanks guys, really appreciate the comments!
IS300Blitz,
Nice car as well! The IS was my personal pick tool until the G hit the market, then it was a tough choice. I really like the styling of the IS too. What color did you pick for your IS300? Believe it or not, I enjoy seeing the G35s, and IS300s on the road much more than the Bimmers. I like Bimmers too, but they just aren't my cup of tea. Congrats on your car as well, I know you must be enjoying it!

Nice car, I probably would have held out for the Coupe myself though. That is a gorgeous car, much better (cleaner) looking than the 350Z IMO.
Nissan sure is on the ball lately, I wish I could say the same about GM. Maybe we can talk Renault into buying them as well

I figured I'd have a hard time convincing executives to squeeze into the back seats (if any) of a coupe. BTW, the pix are up again, for now!
Blasted Homestead....
I'm trying to find other web/image hosting options, but I've never had this problem with them before now....Mike
Very nice, Mike.
That colour is remarkably similar to you old car.

I like the layout and colour of your interior. That white-ish leather is beautiful!
Thanks for putting those up, but I have to say, I'm still sorry to see you let the RS go.

Thanks guys for your kind words.
Yeah, Jeff, I'm kinda sad about my RS as well. I still miss the car and probably always will. It had no power or great features, but it had a lot of classic style and a great finish that really made it a looker. One of those cars where you just have to turn around two or three times to look at it while walking away in a parking lot. Hmmm....maybe I'll just buy it back! Well....maybe not.
Thanks again!

Thanks DX!
I also noticed a little resemblance between the CTS and G35, at least from the front end, the CTS is definitely more "edgier" and aggressive, where the G35 is roundish and smooth, I guess.
Basically what it came down to for me was price and budget. I really did not want to spend more than $31K for a new car, so that eliminated a few right off the bat, like the CTS, 3 Series Bimmers, and the Lexus IS was close, but still a bit high. I love the "sport sedan" category and it seems to really be heating up with the CTS is right there with them. So, the challenge for me was to find a sporty car around $31K (or less) that could still compete with (or better) other cars in the class. I think the CTS was really targeting the 5 series Bimmers at a lower price, but even so I'm not ready just yet for anything new in that price range. I knew the G35, 350Z, or a WS6 could get me there price wise, but 2 out of the three don't have the room I need now. The Lexus and Acura were really the only 2 sedans I was considering, but I'm not fond of FWD (Acura) and the Lexus was a bit high price wise, and lacked a little bit of power and room. I still love coupes with a passion and I'm sure I'll own a few more before everything is said and done.
All this competition for king of sport sedan is really breeding some great cars from all makes, from GM, to the Japs, to the Germans. In the end, the consumer wins!
