OK, I gotta Zaino problem...

Hope you guys can help me out. I purchased the ZFX Last year, and have used it twice. I absolutely loved it. It made the drying time of the Zaino polish next to nil. Anyway, I haven't had a chance all winter to Zaino my car at all. (Yes I know...I've been bad)

Anyway, last weekend was a gorgeous weekend here, with temps in the 70, and bright sun. I decided that it was time to break out the Zaino again.

Well, to my dismay, all of my ZFX has hardened into a blue gel, in the small 'dispenser' bottle.

The ZFX Bottle was capped tightly, as was the blue-topped 2oz. bottle that it ships in.

Now, is there anything that can be done, or am I out of my $19.95 for the ZFX ???

HELP !!!!!

Thanks,
Brandon

PS - I love Zaino, otherwise. Make my black GTP shine like a new penny.

Wow, I've never heard of the ZFX turuning to gel. Did you happen to let the ZFX freeze at some time?

You might call Mr Zaino on this as I'm sure he'd like to know the circumstances of the product and situation so this doesn't happen again. And, he can probably help figure this out for you too. I can't think of why this would happen, other than it freezing...

I have only seen ZFX turn to gel if it freezes or if the capo is left off for some time.

Hmm....freezing...Now that is definately a possibility, as it is stored in my garage (non-heated), and this past winter we had some rather cold temps. I'll give Sal a call later today.

Thanks for your help!!

It is definitely best to store at room temperatures. The freezing would definitely ruin the ZFX.

Now ya tell me....

Anyway, it's not too big of a deal. I'll remember to move it inside, next winter, and protect it from freezing. Guess I need to order me some more.

Thanks for you help.
