New Zaino product needed?
I wonder if Sal Zaino could develope a Z5 that layered thicker so that it would build up quicker. Not that the current Z5 isnt good. What do you think Sal,Mike,Kevin?.....Mark

I have areas, like everyone else, that isn't clear coated, including under the hood. Something like that would be great to build up a quicker shine on those areas.

Yeah, that would be a great idea, and believe me, Sal listens to what customers want and need. I'm just gonna speculate here, because I don't know all the chemistry behind Zaino, but I don't think a thicker Z5 would necessarily do the trick. A microthin layer is all that's required to bond to the surface, so making it thicker means the excess might be wasted. Maybe the "filling" polymers could be strenghtened or increased so that even with a thin coat they cover more after one or two coats. This is me thinking out loud, I could be way off, but this is how I understand the way Zaino works... Either way it would make for an even better product!

I've fixed some pretyy nast clear coat scratches with Z5 but it took a lot of coats (20+) to make them disappear.
Now something that could be used as a spot treater to fill them and do in 1 coat what 20 will would be killer!
