Exclamation Need a little help cleaning up a white 99 Z

Hey all!
My 99Z looks good, for the most part, but I am seeing little black specs in the paint on the top of the rear bumper. If you run you hand along the bumper, you can feel them as well...
I have been very hesitant to do anything other than just wash the car, due to not wanting to wax over the specs in the paint.

What should I use to clear these up? I have never used a claybar (quite frankly, I'm scared of screwing up with it and scratching the car).

The car is factory white, What do you guys suggest?

Thanks!

Get some detail spray and clay, and go to it... Arf!
Go lightly and you won't harm the finish
Spray and clay, then wipe and wax...
It's easy and almost fool proof, if you can brush your teeth without poking your eye, you can probably do this without hurting your car...
