Unhappy Need help with my WS.6 wheels

I know this might have been posted before but i dont see so I am gonna ask you guys and gals for help. I didnt know that the WS.6 wheels come coated with clearcoat. I used mothers polish on them and notice like a week later on when i was hosing down the rims I notice a clear strip was coming off and i see water trap inside the rims. I was like WTF!!!!! so now Im thining about taking off all the clear and just polish it again with mothers but what can i use to take them all off?

I think it is best to leave them alone and maybe just touch up the peeling spot with clear coat paint so that it stops peeling.

Nope that wont work. On a hot day in miami even with the cloud blocking the sun and i was the rims I would sometime see the clear coat bubble out. So for now I guess what I can do is everytime I see it bubble out i peel it and maybe use mothers chrome cleaner and try to take the clear coat off
