So i had the car parked for about 5 months in the underground parking with a cement ceiling. for a while i the car didnt have a cover on it and all these water drops kept dropping from the ceiling.. as you can see they left some sort of residue that i cant wash off

The glass should be easy, I would try claying the glass with Zaino, Mother's or Clay Magic clay, you could also use #0000 steel wool and soap on the glass, there is also glass polishes made by several manufactuter's that should do the job. On the paint I would try light claying on the spoiler, if not a scratch and swirl remover but you need to be careful not to push the residue over the good paint. I have seen a lot of different paint problems but this is a first for me.
