Need help with blinker lights

I just bought a 1999 v6 camaro last month. When I bought it the guy i had brought it from had put in new white outs in but when he sold it to me the bulbs had blow. Inside the white out its a brown and I want to clean it out and put in a new blinker bulb. The problem is I took 2 screws from the blinker but it still won't come out. Is there still another screw or somthing holding it? I don't want to have to take it to a shop and have them take off the whole front bumber. If you know how to take it off please help.

How did you get to it? From up top, or bottom. I took out the headlight, and there were either two or three total screws. Make sure you check underneath. I believe there is at least one or two screws on the bottom. Good luck.
