What you are looking at is a Porter Cable model 7336 sold at Lowes, a quick change backer plate and 4 Lake Country pads bought thru www.topoftheline.com and 3M Fine Cut Rubbing Compound, 3M Finesse It II, and 3M Swirl Mark Remover and of course Zaino Z-2 and Z-5....
