My 2002 and it's paint
I know I already posted this in the LS1 section but figured I'd try here too. My black 2002 WS6 that I just got saturday seems to have all these little spots all over the windows and paint. The roof is also a little ruff. I guess it could be overspray from somthin? Also, it looks like something was spilled on the front bumper and then buffed over or somthin. I used Z1 and Z2 on it and it's still all over it. My z18 and Z6 and z5 are on the way but will any of that help? The dealer told me to bring it in and theyd fix all of it but I'm still worried because already it has that stuff all over it and the hood has soo many swirl marks all over it and it's got all these lines on it too from where it looks like the buffed it just in a straight line accross the hood. I love this car but I don't know what to do. Does anyone know how to take care of this if the dealer doesn't get it fixed?

A clay bar sounds like your best bet. If those spots are overspray or sap or just stubborn contaminants, the clay will surely remove them. Z1 and Z2 will never help with spots, b/c that's not their purpose and their not abrasive. You may also want to pick up some 3M part #39009, which is slightly abrasive, and will help remove swirls and possibly contaminants. I wouldn't let the dealer get a hold of it either. That's one sure fire way to ruin otherwise nice paint. Hope this helps...

I'm in the same situation. I had bad overspray on the front fender and acid rain spots all over the car. The clay got most of the spots and Mequiars Body Scrub got the overspray and the rest of the spots off. You can pick it up at AutoZone. What ever you do, don't let the dealer touch it. They will get the spots off, but creat a whole new and worse problem in the process.

Thanks for all the help so far. My clay bar should be here soon along with z6. I'm gonna go try that white vinigar method now that was on ls1 info and then if it doesn't come off, try the 3M or the mequires. There are two huge spots of somthing on the front bumper, do you think they will come off too. I guess I'll repost after trying the vinigar method.

Well I used Dawn to get the Z1 and Z2 off, then tried rubbing a towl with vinigar on it other the spots but it didn't help at all, didn't do a thing so I had to put the z1 and z2 back on. I called to see when my claybar was shipped and it was shipped yesterday and probably won't be here till monday so that sucks. I guess I'm gonna take it to the dealership this weekend.
