Mothers Billet Metal Polish On Chrome Rims?

Hey Guys, just wondering if that stuff will work good. I asked for the Mother Chrome polish but my mom got the billet metal polish.
Is there any difference? Will this one work good enough, she said it was very expensive.
Thanks for the input guys.

Yup, the Mother's Billet Polish is one of their finest metal products. And, it can be used on chrome as well as most other metal surfaces for a great shine. The Billet polish is actually better than their chrome polish so I'd hold on to that stuff!

Hmmm, I could have sworn I remember reading somewhere that it works on chrome too. Oh well, when all else fails....read the bottle (or can)!

I may have been confusing it with other metal polishes too. I know some other "Billet" polishes can be used on chrome for a "show chrome" look. Apparently Mother's makes the Chrome Polish in liquid form for chromed surfaces. Even so, the Billet Polish is a great product!

Sorry for the error!

Thumbs up Mother's Billet

Mother's Billet is hands down the best aluminum polish I have ever used. It produces the best shine with very little effort. It takes a lot less elbow grease to get a good shine than most of the other polishes I have used.

The shine is unreal
It's the Zaino of metal polishes. However,it is very expensive and you sure don't get much of it. The shine makes it worth it.

Sometimes i dont follow the product instructions. Even if it says not to use it, i might still do it. I do not follow directions on half these products, and most of the time i feel it works better my way.

Im not saying it is bad for the product I just returned it because I wasnt sure. You are probably right and I probably will get it in the spring after all the talk about it.
But hey I got a foglight instead and that is nice to have too.
Not like I need the chrome polish now like I need the fog light

Cool

At least you ended up getting what you wanted/needed, so it's all for the best. You can always use your regular wax on the wheels, as long as it's not overly abrasive.
