Minor paint/body work costs?

Hey all. I am looking to purchase at purchasing a '99 Jeep Cherokee that I can get for a price much below market value. However, the front bumper has typical chips from 130k miles of driving. A couple of the wheel wells/fender flares have some scrapes. Also, the vehicle had attempted to be broken into by jimmy'ing the lock or something. (???) Anyway, when having the lock fixed, the guy asked if she wanted a protective metal piece to deter that. Needless to say, she had it done. It appears the guy drilled four holes right into the door and maybe riveted it or something. I don't really know, but it looks like ***. Secondly, they didn't do it to the passenger side door lock. I guess it's good that they only F'ed one door instead of two... but it makes the one metal deterrent even more illogical, but we won't get into that.

What is a reasonable cost for a body shop to paint the bumper and wheel wells, and to fill the holes in the door and paint over it?
