Question metallic paint touch-up

Need some advice on touching up some pearl white metallic ... rock chips, that sort of thing. Two things I want to work on are old touch-ups by the prior owner that need to be redone because non-metallic white was used, and new chips.

I'm assuming its going to be hard to get a perfect match with the metallic, but do any of you guys have some pointers. The factory pearl white is so bright, I would think that with a little touch up color, clear coat, wet-sand, and wax, it wouldn't be that noticeable.

It doesn't look like the prior owner used clear coat on the old repairs. I was thinking about taping the old repair off, sanding it down slightly, then filling it in with the proper color/clear.

This is Mazda pearl white on a '99 Millenia. Thanks!

Any of you order from www.paintscratch.com?

My paint is a tricolor paint. Opinions?

Any thoughts on a good way to remove prior touch-ups?

Try Laquer thinner on the old touch up,go to a paint shop by some fine paint brush's, also tooth picks work well too, I would remove old touch up apply new touch up, heat up the paint with a hair dryer, wetsand the touch up, then buff out seen wonderful results doing this but its a pain to do
