Is there anything I can do about a section of my leather steering wheel thats turning rough and looks like it's wearing out.

Do you clean it regular with leather cleaner and then put conditioner on it, if that does not work, cover it up with a WheelSkin leather steering wheel cover and no one will know and it will look factory.

 

You might also wanna check junkyards and just get a new wheel if it is that bad, you might find one in decent shape.... 91's have airbags tough, so I don't know how involved that gets... much less to worry about and 89 and earlier

91's use the same steering wheel as 90's and 92's...
