Leather seat care...
Leather seat care...
I just got my seats re-upholstered in leather and I want to keep them looking great for as long as I can. I was wondering what would be the best product for leather care. I want them to have a nice glow to them, but not all shiney a slick looking, what things have you guys tried? thanks

You want a SEPARATE cleaner and conditioner, not an all in one product. This eliminates 90% of the products on the market for consumers as the car cleaning companies figure no one will take the time to do it right and clean first and condition afterwards. Zaino and Lexol both make separate cleaners and conditioners.

I bought the Lexol cleaner and seperate conditioner from Ace hardware. I love the Lexol, though I haven't tried the Zaino. The cleaner cleans up well and the conditioner leaves the leather soft. I would say try the LExol first since you don't have to wait for it to come in the mail, then try the Zaino if you don't like it.

leather clean
"THE MAGIC TOUCH" retards soiling and protects original finish.Contains mink oil and drys to an almost nuetral shine.
The other best product is made by Honda and is for cleaning and condintioning all leather. This product works better than Lexol and any thing else we use.
We do all of the detail work for a very large BMW dealer in Dallas and The Honda product is used on my own personal vehicle bi-weekly. Keep it soft and cleaan to maintian a crack free leather cover for years of enjoyment.
Any of the mentioned products will work if used on a regular basis. The Lexol will take the color out if you do not wipe quickly with a damp rag.
