Are all clay bars basically the same. Is one name brand any better that the others? I just purchased the Mothers clay bar and it worked really great. The only reason I purchased it was I couldnt wait any longer for my Zaino devlivery. So is there really any difference in the performance of clay bars? And how long do you guys usually have to wait until you deliveries arrive form the Zaino Co.

Stay away from the Meguiar's clay. That stuff is the worst I've ever tried. Stay with Mother's, Clay Magic, or Zaino.

I agree 100% with moparman ^^^. I'd never use Meguiar's clay again. Believe it or not, most clays come from the same manufacturer, but there are exceptions. And, the quality and formula can differ from the same manufacturer depending on how the particular retailer that buys the clay wants the clay to perform. Some are basically alike, others are somewhat different in form and function. That being said, Mother's, Zaino, Clay Magic, etc are all good clays. I tend to prefer the Zaino clay above the others, as it performed really well for me and seems to be a higher quality formula and easier to work woth than some of the others.

Bottom line, find the quality that suits your needs and stick with it regardless of brand. Like I said, I found the Zaino clay to be the best performer in my hands out of several I've tried. Others prefer Mother's, others prefer Pinnacle....try a few and pick the best.

I always order direct from Sal in NJ and it usually takes about 1 week from the day I mailed the check before it's on the doorstep. I can't remember ever waiting longer than a week on any order. You might want to inquire about a tracking number from the home office and check your order status.

Since you mail a check to the home office, figure on one week (5 work days) for the check to get there, and several days for UPS. If you find a Zaino distributor most of them like myself take credit cards using www.paypal.com for instant shipment.
