How to mess with 1/4 panel creases

I have the 1/4 panel crease dents common on many fbodys from frame twist etc. They just appeared from going around corners and hardlaunches. I am gettin readdy to paint my 1/4 panels so i was wondering how i can fix them? I cant hammer them from behind, they are minor so i dont know what i can do. I am worried about using bondo becfause the stress there will crack it for sure. Any ideas?

a paintless dent guy has a plethora of tools for things like that and can push them out about as good as possible. as far as preventing them... subframe connectors.
