How to get dust of the car?

Hi guys, last week I washed and polished my car with Zaino. After one day of driving there was road dust collecting on my car. Now a week later its even worse, the car is clean and I don't want to wash it just to get the dust off. Is there a way i can get the dust off without washing it. I was thinking of getting one of those fine brush things that they use at car shows but I am affraid if its gonna scrach my clear coat.

California Car Duster. No, they won't scratch the paint unless you get some grit or something in them. Be sure to follow the "cure" directions.

It's probably sticking to your car by static. I'm thinking the detailing spray will be better because it will eliminate the static.

I have a black SS, and I use Zaino's Z6. I only use it after washing, and if I've driven a short distance w/o too much dust. Most times I end up washing to be safe

Another vote for California Duster... I love mine, and it's like 15 years old.

Also, using Z6 after a wash helps cut down on dust attraction...

Use the duster, then Z-6. It will look like you just polished it. The Z-6 seems to remove all the static from the surface. The dust will still settle but is easy to remove.

California Duster is amazing... Just remember to apply ZERO pressure to the painted surface when dusting....

Zero pressure means let the duster glide across the paint as it will pick up the dust by itself.

And what Kevin wrote about Z-6 is very true.
I love how it appears to make car look always clean.

I even Z-2 & Z-6 my rims for easy cleaning!

I just got one the other day, still haven't used it (I'm letting it sit out for 48 hrs as they recommend). Is it true that it realy works better the more you use it? Do you wash yours, and if so how often?

I hope this works well, they're doing road work in the area (widening the road, gonna go on for a while) and it seems the first time I take my car out for a short trip after washing it's dusty.

I don't knwo that it really works "better" with age, but it works just as well, that is for sure.

I've never even bothered to clean it... I shake it out once in a while... that's about it!
