Headlights are cloudy.

The plastic headlights on my 1999 Z28 are starting to become cloudy. There is no condensation in them, but the lenses don't look as clear as they used to.

I tried waxing them with Auto-Gylm radiant wax(wax with a mild cleaner in it) and it did absolutely nothing. Tried waxing with some old Meguiars Gold Class and it did nothing.

Is there anything I could use to shine these things up and get them clear again? I was thinking of replacing them, but I want to exhaust all my options before I do that.

Mother Plastic polish?
I've done Mothers Wheel Polish also but I'm not an expert on the subject. Someone will chime in soon!
