Smile Got my Zaino!!

hey whats up guys! i got home from work last night and there was a ups package waiting there for me with all my Zaino stuff i ordered! i cant wait to use it! a couple questions though. i have read everywhere about what to take Zaino off with and what have you, but i was wondering if you guys could give me the low down on a couple other things so i can get everything together for next month when i start Zaino'n the Z! what should i use to wash my car? i have one of those sponges with the yarn type things hanging on it that i bought just for my camaro. should i keep using that or get something else? also i read that i need to get some nice 100% cotton towels to dry it. any suggestions? next up is removing the Zaino. would you guys all agree on me getting the microfiber towels to remove it? or what would be better. anyways that is it i believe! thanks everyone. lata

WhooHooooo!! Let the fun begin!

Here's what I've found works best for me and keeps me 100% marr and swirl free.

For washing, I use the good ole' 100% cotton Viking mitt. Here's the ones I bought and where.....http://www.aimoo.com/forum/postview....hreadID=462918 Just make sure you see the cotton logo!

For drying the car, an Absorber and Waffle Weave MF towel....

For removing the Zaino, MF towels from www.microfibertech.com I use the Elite towels....some of the best I've found for the price.

Anyhow, people like to use their own tools that works best for them so there's no set way to do things. My main concern is to keep my paint swirl and marr free, and basically perfect. Speed/quickness is my secondary concern. These combination of products meet or exceed my expectations in both speed and keeping me swirl free!

No swirls!

Yes NAPA has 100% cottom wash mitts if you can not find the Viking mitts. To dry or remove Zaino I use cotton towels from Kevin, we are still having some quality problems with microfiber towels from many different manufacturers, but they seem to be getting better

MF towels CAN cause light scratching to the clear coat, not all MF towels, but we have been testing 4 different manufacturers towels now for many years, some batches just scratch, then the next several are fine. Kevin Overall's e-mail address is koverall@ecsis.net
