Broke Fender

I washed my car and was drying it and all of a sudden, the fender snapped underneath my towel. I was wondering what i can do to repair this? There is a 5 inch crack right underneath my z28 emblem. I snapped it back in place and you can see some white. What can i do to gluie this thing back together? IK guess i oculd leave it how it is but im worried it might get worse.

Ive heard recommendations for bondo or JB weld. Can anyone give me advice. and if i use jbweld, will the black variety match my color?

Re: Broke Fender

I would recommend going to a body shop supply store and picking up some 3M or Fusor product that is made for plastic repair. The person at the counter should be able to determine what product that you need and application use. Other cheaper products will not hold and the crack will just get bigger.

Or, if worse comes to worse, take it to a local body shop and have them do a minor repair for cash, as they should have the equipment and products to repair plastic.
