dent in hood??

I have a very small dent in my hood, its maybe 1 inch and shallow. I thought composite hoods didn't dent like this?? It happened when I hit a branch in the road (it was dark). Is there any way to fix this?? I hear paintless dent repair won't do composites. Its a '95 Z28 BTW.

unless it is an aftermarket hood, the lid on your z is sheetmetal, thus the denting. Paintless dent removal should be able to handle it if it isn't too big. The sheetmetal will occasionally ding and wave since it is so thin after a few years, or at least from what I've seen.

My dealer works with 'Dent Wizards' and on one visit, I had a small dent in my rear quarter panel, which they removed while I was in for service.

I think they would be able to fix your hood as well.
