cut and buff?

got my car painted black and there is a little orange peel. How hard is it to do a cut and buff or how much should it cost i want it to look really good, kinda blurry in a couple spots now.

I wouldn't mess with that if you just got it painted bring it back to the shop and have the place fix it.....they should have done that before they gave you the car back
