Post Could you make a brand new car shinier?

Which wax or polish do you recommend?(besides Zaino)I don't have any and want to do it tommorrow. It's a 2002 Pewter metallic color.
Thanks

Thumbs up

Congrats on your new ride! I love the look of a new WS6. Anyway, Zaino would be your best way to keep that new car in the best of shape and start it off right. But, since you want to get started right away, try to find some Meguiar's #26 Hi-tech yellow (in the cream colored bottle, not red). This is probably one of the best over-the-counter carnaubas available and will give you nice results, but only for a short period. Most auto stores or paint stores should carry it. I dont think you can find these in too many stores, but if you run across either One Grand Blitz Wax or Pinnacle Paste Glaz, both of these are about as good as it gets as far as carnauba goes. Other than that Zaino and Klasse are the best in the biz!

Order you some Zaino (Z1,Z2,Z5, and Z6). Wait one more week and start the car off right. If you must wax with something this week just use a quick wax with a 100% cotton U.S made towel. Why pay for a good carnuba that will become useless if you go with Zaino. Be very careful the urge to wax today may be the swirl marks you regret tomorrow. Zaino / Klasse will protect that virgin clear coat!!! JMO

KLASSE all the way amigo.

love that stuff, no waxes...all acrylic and you can layer the glaze over and over for deeper shine.

Wink

My vote is on the klasse sealant glaze, it's all I use (plus one grand blitz wax for the final coat but that's another story ) Zaino is good also, everyone here uses the stuff so it must work well. I do understand that there is a new zaino formula to be released shortly. They're waiting on the bottles so it shouldn't be but for a day or two... unless it's already been released. So you may want to wait on that if you go with zaino. Good luck keeping that car shiny, I wish I started with a perfect paint job
