Condensation

Hey guys, need some advice. I have a lot of condensation building up in my taillights and I don't have a clue as how to remedy this. It seems to build up more once I have washed the car. I took the taillights off and from what I can see there seems to be no way to get in there. I took off the bulbs and there is simply not enough room to manuever your fingers and besides the condensation seems to be building up on the other side of the lens, which like I said, there seems to be no access to. Is there something I'm missing or do I simply have to purchase new ones? Any experience with the matter?
