Hi.I recently got my ram air hood painted (2 months). The clear coat seems to scratch up with the slightest touch.Can some one please tell me why.

The clear coat is probably soft because there is many layers on there. If you put a nice coat of sealant on it, it should be fine. All motorcycles have so many layers of clear to make it a nice glossy and shiny surface that they also scratch easily. Make sure you buff out the marks before you seal it, if you apply the sealant over the top of clear coat, it will seal in any imperfections and it will be harder to get the scratches out the next time.
