Two parts amonia (purchase at the Dollar Store) mixed with 10 parts of tap water in a spray bottle. Spray on and wipe clean with coffee filters. STREAK FREE SHINE & NO LINT OR SMEARS to deal with afterwards!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This. + Cobra waffle weave glass microfiber.

The key is to use a little product. Don't soak the glass. A small amount is all you need.

Re: cleaning car windows

invisible is good,
if you use newpaper you get a lint free shine as well.

On our jets at work we use dawn and water... works pretty good with normal shop rags or cheese cloth. and there are no chemicals to mess up any coatings. not that you would get your windows coated with an optical enhancer...
