Clay bar TT II's?

I just bought a Meguiars clay bar and I am getting ready to clay bar my car and I was wondering if it is safe to clay bar my chrome TT II's to get off brake dust etc. I am planning on using Mothers chrome polish afterwards. So is the claybar safe for my wheels or will it hurt the chrome? Thanks for the help.

Claybar is safe on almost anything....paint, wheels, windows, etc

Just make sure you throw it out afterwards. I personally would just stick with chrome polish...

You can clay any flat, smooth surface.

However I have never ever seen any TT II wheels in chrome, the only way I have ever seen them come is in polished alum which does NOT like chrome polish.....
