Unhappy Chrome rim help

This isn't about my camaro (I have billet rims), but on my Jeep one of the chrome rims seems to be "cracking" or "bubbling" around the center cap .

I bought a Jeep Liberty last year and the dealer has their rims sent out and chrome plated, now one year later and its doing this... do you think I'll be able to goto the dealership and have them re-do it? It seems like who did it didn't prep the rim correctly....

I think you're right, and you should definitely take it back. It may turn out to be a recall problem.

Sounds like a sh1tty chrome job. Go back to the dealer and complain until they get it re-chromed or a new wheel for you. If it's a brand new vehicle there should be no excuses for not fixing your problem so don't let them give you any! Because it's not factory the chrome probably only had a one year warranty, maybe two.

Good luck
