Question CAN'T get "stain" off Zaino

I wuz doing some engine detailing and used Castrol Degreaser to clean her up and finished up with Armour All to shine the hoses, etc. I splashed the two on the fender, where I put 4-5 coats of Z-5 a few weeks back.

I tried quick-detailer/Z6 kinda stuff to get it out, and it worked partially. Is there a better way to get it out? Also, shouldn't this stuff come of easily since Zaino is like a protectant shield?

Those two chemicals may have had some reaction when mixed on the paint, try some cleaner wax or mild polishing compound on that spot.
