california duster anyone??

I've always heard those keep the dirt and pollen in the duster, and that the old dirt and pollen could scratch your car, is this true?

I've been using the same one for a few years, and haven't seen any scratches.

I heard if you wash your car you may scracth the paint. So don't use the duster or wash the car.
