Cal Car Covers

Hi.

I rec'd a new "custom" Cal. Car cover as a gift. My car is a '95 (B4C) Camaro.

The weather finally warmed up so I could wash the car and try out my new cover.

I notice the cover does not fit the mirrors well. Very "baggy". There is enough extra material to enclose 3 mirrors?!

Are all covers supposed to fit this way?

I have snowmobiles and personal watercraft and their custom covers fit snug around the mirrors.

I have contacted Cal Car Cover, left message, but they haven't returned my phone call.

My friends CCC for his 96 Z28 are baggy around the mirrors also, I would assume it has to be this way to make getting the form fit easier to put on and take off.

I would tend to agree with you but...

the "info" person at CCC who answered my email said it s/b a custom fit and that this cover was probably made incorrectly.

I also thought that perhaps there were 2 covers for '95 Camaro (Z28 and non Z28) and that I ordered the wrong one for my B4C (non Z28) Camaro.

Anyway, that person at CCC referred me to Customer Svc who has yet to return my call.

I guess it's no big deal... but it certainly does not look custom (or worth the money I paid for it).

The car is always stored in a garage so I guess I s/b happy as long as the finished is protected from dust, etc.
