blending paint

I had a car cover on my 81 t-top this winter out side, and the wind blew pretty hard, I took the cover off in the spring and most of the clear coat came off around the t-tops, Does anybody know if I could repaint the top and blend in the rest. Does anybody know how to blend in base coat/clear, thanks

Re: blending paint

if you can spray paint yourself than just buff the blends and spot it in. Otherwise you want to take it to a bodyshop. The clear that comes out of a can really sucks, you won't like it. Take it to a shop, as long as its not too big the cost should be small...250 give or take.
