Bleech White on Yellow-Letter Tires

What is the best thing to use to clean the yellow letters of a Goodyear Eagle RS-A? Will Bleech white fade the yellow?

I dont think the westley's bleeche white will do any harm to the yellow, just take it easy scrubbing the letters and only do it untill there clean.
