Black Chrome

Does anybody know, is black chrome a powdercoating?
Or is it a dipping?

Its gotta be a dipping...theres no way that you can get powdercoat to look this good

Seeing that photo, I agree with eagleknight97. I don't think ANYONE could get a powdercoat to look like that.

You can go to eastwood.com and browse through the various powdercoats available. You might be surprised at the quality and look of a good powdercoating.

That's very possible with powder coatings. There are powders called Black Chrome, and a couple other names that are offered by various companies. I did a set of wheels in Black Chrome for another member and they turned out great, although I am still not a fan of dark wheels.
