Billet Wheel polishing

I have a set of Boyd Coddington wheels and have been using this polish that the local speed shop sells called "Magic Mix". It seems to work very well and i have been pleased so far with it. When i was in advanced auto parts the other day i saw that mothers makes polish exclusively for use on billet wheels but it was really expensive for the small amount that you get. Has anybody seen a difference in using billet wheel polish over a regular fine grade polish?

I have both Magic Mix and Mothers Billet polish in my shop, the Mothers billet is finer than the Magic Mix, you can use the Magix Mix to remove problems and then follow up with the Mothers Billet for a finer degree of polishing.

What about Gords Aluminum Polish?
My Smoothies should be in this week and was wondering about this stuff.
Any comments?
Thanks
