Polished Silver, you have Silver wheels? do you mean polished aluminum. If so, are they clear coated or non clear (bare metal)
The best "cleaner" for any polished alum. wheel is soap and water, you may say "but what about those spray on and hose off wheel cleaners and brake dust removers I have seen in WalMart" I say leave them in WalMart, they are all acid based and can cloud polished surfaces over time.
Your best choice of detailing is to wash them by hand once per week using just car wash and water and every now and then (about twice a month) polish them with a metal polish like Mothers Billet polish, Wenol, Blue Magic, Magic Mix Metal polish. The metal polish is special because it removes oxidation, as you use it the pad or cloth will turn black, this is the polish pulling the nickel out of the metal.
After metal polishing, I would apply a synthetic product like Zaino Z-2 or Z-5.

right now ive been using Luster pad and it works better than everything else ive tried (mothers , blue magic, etc.), but it does require a lot of time, patience, and rubbing, just seeing if anyone knew about any PROFESSIONAL TYPE cleaners the ones they only sell at detail shops and such.

I have detailed cars on the side for the public since 1984 and those are the best metal polishes I have used over the years. Myself, I have owned about 9 sets of custom billet wheels over the years.

Wenol is sold by Summit Racing, Hunters Custom Auto in Nashville, and many parts stores. Wenol has wenol red and wenol blue, red is slightly more abrasive than the blue, always use the red first and blue last but if your wheels are in good shape just use the blue. If you want a really good polish in a pinch, buy some Blue Magic at WalMart.
