This guy has been banned twice though... can't we just get this user ID banned too? I know he could just open another one, but I think Jason and/or Chris have blocked IP addresses and such before...

Enlighten me darth! What kind of abuse is going on? Good luck with that one. I go to IIT for computer engineering and im the manager of Lucent Technologies IT department. Trust me my IP wont drop me, not because of what I do, but because there is no reason!
