Question Alternative Car wash to Zaino

Hey i got some Zaino last week just the Z1 and Z2, i just wanted to test it out, but now i need to wash my car and i dont want to have to wait the week for it to come in the mail, is there any other carwash liquid at an autoparts store that will work.

usually before Zaino'ing they recommend using lemon Joy (dishwashing soap) to remove any old wax or polish that may be on the paint, improves the results of the Zaino.

Meguiar's soaps should work fine. I used some of their soaps when I didn't have any Z7 and everything turned out O.K. But, regardless of which store brand you choose, you should avoid soaps that say they contain wax or polish in them, i.e. wash and wax products. The wax in the soap will leave a film on the car which will cause Zaino to not bond properly.

anything thats not a dishwashing detergent will work fine IMO. In other words, as long as its made to be a car wash soap, it won't remove Zaino.
