Post 94 z28 quarter panel damage help!!!

So i bought the car as is.It had been hit on the left handside of the quarter panel.I am wondering if anyone can tell me how much this willl cost to fix? I am currently deployed and cant get it to a body shop. Just wanna know how much it will be to replace the back plastic strip, final body work and paint.Thank you.

I venture to say A LOT ... Back to original shape? Probably half what the car is worth. You have a lot of body gap issues going on, looks like massive bondo fill used, then blending/matching paint.
