39009 on new paint
Unfortunately my new car was subjected to a dealer wash, and it has many light spiderweb scratches on it from whatever grit sandpaper they wiped it off with. I just received my Zaino (Thanks Kevin SS)and I'm wondering if I should use the 39009 or should I rely on the Z5 to take care of it. Is it OK to use 39009 on new paint? Sorry for the newbie question, but I just want to make sure I don't damage the paint anymore than it is
Always try a non abrasive first, so for sure try the Z-5 first.

Like Kevin suggests, definitely try the nonabrasive route first on new cars, i.e. Z5, multiple coats if necessary. You really don't want to use anything abrasive on a new paint finish for a few months. Zaino is perfectly fine as it's nonabrasive and is able to expand and contract with the metal and paint. But, abrasives definitely need to be avoided on new cars. Best and safest thing to do is try Z5 with as many coats as you like, and if you're still not completely happy with the looks after a few months, then try the abrasives for reparing.

Thanks for the help guys. I spent my entire weekend working on the car. After claying and 2 coats of Z5 the scratches were completely invisible, and after the final coat of Z2 the car looked incredible! I've never been able to get a car to look anywhere near this good. This stuff is everything you guys have praised it to be and more. Best money I've ever spent. Again, thanks.
