WTB T56 conversion package

I am looking to purchase everything Ill need to convert my A4 94 Z28 to a T56.

I am interested in buying it all at once, or buying individual parts.

I have the hole setup everything you need the tranny has 6k miles on it.... its for a Lt1 93-97 what are you willing to pay for it...
