WTB: MAF translator or OBD II edit

Looking for either a LT1 Maf translator or any OBD II tuning software that will allow me to adjust fuel curves. LT1 edit, tuner cats, anything I can use to richen the car up.

MAF translator

I have a Maf translator for sale, I got a bunch of extra parts with my car when I bought it. Everything was new, I can't say for sure that this part is brand new but it does look like it. Instruction manual included $100 shipped.
